Scott has a background in both the marketplace and ministry. He has worked in churches in SC, GA and TX as a youth pastor, senior pastor, church planter and executive pastor. He recently served as chaplain for the Tomball, TX Police Department. He has worked in the printing industry for more than 15 years and currently serves as a manager with FedEx Office.  His passion is to see the power of relational wholeness create exponential growth in people.

Scott has been married to his wonderful wife Patti for over 20 years and has two teenage daughters.
